The internal system that runs Web AI Automations: 8 primary agents and 35 sub-agents on React and Vite, FastAPI, Supabase and n8n, with model routing across Claude and OpenRouter to keep inference cost under control at scale. Two walkthroughs are on the Watch section of the home page.
Running an automation consultancy means the same work repeats: research, outreach, content, delivery tracking. So I built the system I sell.
The shape of it
Eight primary agents own a function each. Thirty-five sub-agents do the narrow jobs underneath them. The front end is React and Vite, the API is FastAPI, state lives in Supabase, and n8n handles the scheduled and webhook-driven work.
Cost control
Every call is routed by task: cheap models for classification and extraction, Claude for anything that needs judgement. That routing is the difference between a system that is affordable to run daily and one that isn't.
